"The fae" isn't necessarily aligned with the language I use, but I'm aligned with the principle of what you're sharing here and can attest to the delight of noticing. Spirit is always communicating--most often with love and--yes!!!--no small measure of humor. In my experience, Spirit loves to weigh in on important projects as well as minor nuisances. Big or small, there's always a gentle hint or a firmer tug, often when least expected.
Hello, Nancy! As a child I used to play in my grassy alley way, where a very large white holey rock sat near growing passion flowers. There I played for hours with the fae. As an adult, I attributed those beautiful hours there to my child's imagination. Or was it? I am slowly awakening to the possibility of fairies again. Yarrow is my Spirit Plant, wild and ferny white. I dug one up and planted it in my Garden next to my Coneflowers, where it flourishes. At the end of Winter, I gathered a bundle of spent Yarrow stems and placed it between two crystals and a small white fairy rock on the edge of my deck overlooking my Moon Garden. I had no intention with that display. It just felt right. And now I keep finding Butterfly wings. Go figure!

I love this. I've always wanted to see a fairy (not sure of the correct singular usage of fae) but never have. Maybe with these guidelines I will!
They can be quite tricky! Watch when a single leaf is moving but the rest of the tree is still 🧚♂️

I think as children we really know what we know and if you were playing with the fae, you were playing with the fae🧚♂️
