The Circle of One
Use when: You’re feeling isolated or disconnected and need a gentle reminder of your own presence and worth.
You’ll need:
A small candle (any color you love)
A shallow bowl of water
A personal memento (a stone, ring, photo—anything that feels “you”)
The Lightspell:
Find a quiet spot and set your bowl down. Place the candle beside it and rest your memento on the bowl’s rim (if possible) or beside it.
Light the candle, gaze into the water, and say aloud (or in your mind)
“I am here. I am seen. I am held.”
Repeat the phrase three times, breathing naturally between each.
Gently dip a fingertip into the water and press it over your heart, imagining filling that space with kindness.
Sit for a moment in silence, simply noticing how your body feels.
Say ‘thank you’.
