There is more opportunity for you where you are right now. There is of course the desire to explore and enjoy your time but my recommendation is to save up so that you have a beautiful experience rather than an anxious one, and it would be anxious if you do not have enough money. The two aces are very fortunate and I think that you will be as inspired by staying put and exploring your options closer to home right now. Seems I different to everyone else! Oh dear.
I think if this is a career decision then waiting until he can stay for an extended period of time would be a great idea. Pulling 2 aces with a 3 of wand suggests he is in the planning stages of something big such as an idea-plan-fulfillment! I say get your plan and follow through!
